The Resin Coated Aluminous Silicate Fibre is short fibre made of silicate minerals through process of melting, spinning, resin coating and breaking. It is suitable for asbestos free friction materials, disc pad particularly.<\/p>\n\t

  1. Cost is between asbestos and glass fibres. It brings down the density and cost of asbestos free friction materials.<\/li>\n
  2. Comparing with glass fibres and wollastonite, it reduces brake noise and judder of friction material as well as improving the wear resistance.<\/li>\n
